What’s included in the scanning service?
Mail scanning is included as part of your mailbox plan and allows you to view your letters digitally from anywhere. Depending on your subscription, a set number of pages are scanned each month at no additional cost. If you exceed your included allowance or request extra services such as urgent scanning, international forwarding, consolidation, or special handling, these are charged on a pay-as-you-use basis and added to your monthly consolidated invoice. This ensures you only pay for the additional services you actually use, while keeping your regular mail management simple and predictable.
Can I store my mail or parcels with you?
Yes — parcels can be securely stored in our Swiss facility until you decide to forward, consolidate, collect, or dispose of them. Package storage is billed at CHF 1 per item per day and is charged only for the exact duration each parcel remains in storage. All storage fees are added to your monthly consolidated invoice together with any other mail-handling services you request. This gives you full flexibility to manage shipment timing without long-term commitments or hidden costs.
